Requirements

What you need

Operating systemWindows desktop. You do not need to install Node.js or any other runtime.

BrowserThe interface runs in a local browser. Chrome recommended.

NetworkPosting needs to reach Facebook; license validation and updates need to reach the licensing server.

DiskThe bundle ships with its runtime included — leave 1 GB or more free.

Install pathUse a short path such as C:\EngageFlow.

PermissionsNo administrator rights needed. It does not change system settings or firewall rules.

Four steps

Get the bundle and unzip it

The one-click bundle includes its own runtime — nothing to install beforehand, no Node.js, no prerequisites.

Unzip to a short path, for example C:\EngageFlow. A long path will break the packaging and update routines.

Double-click to start

Double-click EngageFlow.bat. It brings the service up in the background and opens your browser at localhost:3000.

Want to watch the log live? Use _launch.bat instead — it opens a console window and clears any stale instance on port 3000 before starting.

Register and activate

On the activation screen, create a user ID and password, then paste your license key to bind this machine.

Once bound, the license panel shows your plan and expiry date.

Stopping it

Run Stop.bat.

The interface and the automation engine are the same background process — closing the browser tab does not stop it. Stop.bat only kills processes under this folder; your other Node processes are left alone.

Gotchas

Things you might run into

Port already in useIf 3000 is taken it rolls forward to 3001, 3002 and so on. That is by design, not an error.

Closing the tabInterface and engine are one process. Closing the tab changes nothing — use Stop.bat.

Activation failsCheck that the machine can reach the licensing server, and that the key has no stray whitespace.

After moving machinesUnbind on the old machine first, wait out the 30 minute cooldown, then transfer on the new one.

Videos not detectedUse headless mode when video is involved. Minimising the window can stop video detection from working.
