Hit report and a ticket opens. Routine problems fix themselves; when a human is needed, we can connect in remotely and handle it.
Deployment questions, the installer, license keys and live demos all go through here.
@243lzfgeLINE is a free messaging app on iOS, Android, Windows and macOS. Install it, search for the ID above and send a message — you do not need a Taiwanese phone number to add an official account. Support is handled in English or Traditional Chinese.
Hit report inside the app. A ticket is created automatically with the most recent error screenshot attached.
The ticket lands in the repair queue in the admin console, with full detail and assignment history.
Routine problems are fixed automatically and logged. When a human is needed, we connect straight into the client machine.
Once resolved, the problem and its fix go into the knowledge base, so the next occurrence already has an answer.
Automation carries risk by its nature. No tool can guarantee an account will not be restricted — be sceptical of anything that claims otherwise.
What EngageFlow can do is keep the pace down: post interval, daily action cap, 30–120 second randomised gaps, an overnight rest window, one like per author — all configurable.
Let a new account become established before you publish with it. Do not go straight to volume.

On the activation screen, enter your user ID and license key and hit transfer. It moves to the new machine immediately — no waiting on support.
If you unbind first instead, there is a 30 minute cooldown before it can bind again.
No. Posting credentials stay in your own browser. Account credentials are AES-256 encrypted on your machine, with the key bound to that machine's hardware ID.
The program binds to 127.0.0.1 and opens no inbound ports. The only outbound traffic is license validation, version updates and LINE notifications.
No. Set it to apply automatically and the client downloads and installs on its own, or set it to notify after download and apply it when you are ready.
Facebook groups only, right now. Anything that is not built does not get listed on this site.
Some groups hold posts for admin approval before they appear. Those are recorded as pending rather than counted as posted — which is why the posted number on the report is real.
One key, one machine. Running on several machines at once means several licenses.
No. Posting needs to reach Facebook, and license validation and updates need to reach the licensing server.
